We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, password), configuring chatbots (knowledge base content, appearance settings), and using the service (conversation logs, analytics, leads captured through your widgets). We also collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and usage patterns to operate and improve Othego.
Your data is used to provide the Othego platform: hosting chatbots, processing AI responses, delivering analytics, billing subscribed plans, and sending transactional emails. We do not sell your personal information.
Othego uses third-party AI and infrastructure providers to deliver the service. These processors receive only the data necessary to perform their function.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Contact hello@othego.com to exercise these rights.
