Create a chatbot, add knowledge, and go live in a few minutes.

Overview

Othego gives each chatbot a unique ID and slug. You train it with a knowledge base in the dashboard, then paste a small script on your website. Visitors chat in a floating widget; conversations and leads appear in your dashboard.

  • Sign up and create a chatbot from Chatbots → New chatbot.
  • Add knowledge (files, URLs, or text) under Knowledge base.
  • Copy the embed snippet from Settings and paste it before </body> on your site.
  • Optional: restrict embed to your domains under Settings → Allowed domains.

Where to find your embed code

Open any chatbot → Settings. The embed block includes your chatbotId and chatbotSlug pre-filled. After you save appearance or KB changes, hard-refresh pages that load the widget so visitors see updates.

Use the same chatbot on staging and production only if both domains are listed in Allowed domains (or leave the list empty to allow any domain during testing).
